Rock Crystal Tibetan Green Tara Statue

This rare statue of the Tibetan Green Tara is carved from a solid block of extremely clear, transparent natural rock crystal quartz of the highest quality. Seated in Lalitasana on a lotus throne with her pendant foot resting on a smaller lotus, the right hand extends in Varadamudra, bestowing blessings and generosity, while the left hand is held in Vitarkamudra, representing the transmission of spiritual teachings. Clad in a dhoti that ties around her waist and adorned with a lariat of necklace, the Green Tara's countenance is serene, with downcast eyes above pursed lips. Large rosette-style shoulder duster earrings frame her face, and hair arranged in a tall chignon surmounted by an elaborate crown, symbolizing her divine status.
